We have been here for about half our lease time now and I wish we never moved in here. The office staff is beyond incompetent and things are NEVER fixed on time. We had things we put maintenance orders in 2 months ago (bathroom needing to be fixed, kitchen needing to be fixed, mold, paint chipping, bathroom fixtures not being properly adhered and coming off) all things that we supposed to be done before we moved in. And we are still waiting. And if you call to ask the status you either get the run around or Shannon (god knows why she has a job here because she doesn't know what she is doing and is beyond rude to residents once you are in here) tells you that you never turned one in even if you give her the copy of it signed by a manager to show they received it.

The staff never talks to each other when they make changes to things like parking spots, move in or move out days so they are not on top of things. I came here thinking that it was going to be a beautiful place to move into and have found it not to be what was showed. Needless to say I will be moving as soon as my lease is up and the 2 friends of mine who were looking into moving here as well have since been shown what we have gone through and have signed leases elsewhere for less rent and bigger better places. I wish we had too.
