My husband and I HATE living here and can't wait until our lease runs out (5 months to go!! Our first experience in the apartment was having to get rid of a mouse in our kitchen.
1-NOISE: Everyone around our apartment is loud and there are constant fights about noise between neighbors. You can hear everything including other garbage disposals. There are also children running around outside EVERY evening. They also think its funny to write things on your cars and knock on your door and run away. There is never any quiet. It's awful.
2-QUALITY: Not only that, everything is SO outdated... they refaced old cabinets in white but when you open them they are all brown and crappy. They couldn't have at least painted it to match' The kitchen faucet is so low it's hard to wash your fruits or vegetables or do any dishes. NO cabinet space.
3-PARKING: For whatever reason our spot is so far away from our apartment.
4-DIRT: The patio is always COVERED in dust and dirt. It's not a pleasant place to relax or be at all.
5-COST: We pay $1770 which is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous for this kind of quality of life. and we are supposedly getting $100 off a month (that's a big reason why we even moved in.) There are SO many better place to live for this price. And they cover NO utilities.
DON'T MOVE IN!!!
