I also do not work for Fairfield Properties; only people who do go out of their way to claim that they don't.
This place is a rip-off. You would think for $1800 you would get some peace and quiet and some good amenities. Yeah, right. We are counting the seconds until we can get the hell out of here. This place is constant NOISE: loud music, kids screaming and riding around on stupid scooters, cars with bass. Also, some moron with an air blower comes around every day, blowing dust all over your patio.
Obviously people from Simi Valley are conditioned to this crap, but if you're not used to living around people with no concern for others, your life will be miserable.
No hot tub and the pool water is usually brown. No mail slot for crying out loud. Who doesn't have a slot for outgoing mail!'
The staff could care less if you have a concern. They just tell you it's "apartment living". I have lived in seven apartments, from New Orleans to downtown L.A., and nothing comes close to this crap. It's like I AM PAYING TO BE MISERABLE.
We are out of here at 12:01 AM the day our lease expires...not soon enough. We have used a google widget to count down the days.

as they say in real estate location, location, location. Guess you ended up on the wrong side of the complex. Bummer for you. I still like it.
