I have lived here for a few months and already am wishing I had gone somewhere else. I can't stand all of the noise. My neighbors are so loud. And so are the kids playing in the parking lot. And there's always a lot of maintenance people blowing dust and mowing.

The guy below me burned garbage in his fireplace and it made my whole place stink like burning garbage. Someone poured milk all over my car. And they would write swear words in the dust on my windows. Someone stole one of my Arrowhead waters.

The pool is disgusting. Go somewhere else and you'll get a hot tub and a lot better amenities.

I don't know how that Fairfield Properties employee is allowed to give this place a positive review. There's nothing positive about it. I would give anything to be able to get out of my lease. It's too bad those thieves in the leasing office are so crooked. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I have lived here for 3 years and can happily say i am moving when my lease expires in a few months. The grounds are badly kept. About 25% of the lights on the parking spaces have been burnt out for well over 2 months, and the management knows about it. I have NEVER seen so many empty apts here in 3 years. the apt below my unit has had 3 people move in and out in 5 months and the noise is getting bad. Between yippy yappy dogs and loud kids,this place is nothing what it used to be. Sad to say do not move here.
