Large trucks and SUVs squeeze into compact spots and make sure to hit your car w/ their door.
My neighbor cooks curry 24/7 and so my apartment is rank.
I can hear the guy above me go pee.
Mushrooms were growing in my living room due to rotten wood under the carpet.
The paint that they threw on the bathtub instead of cleaning it all crackled off.
The bathtub and sink drains are clogged up even after many attempts to fix it.
The washer/dryer in the apartment makes it incredibly hot/humid.
I can't open my blinds without the gardeners staring in at me.
The gardeners blow dirt/leaves ONTO our patio and furniture.
Every time I turn on the vacuum the power goes out.
The carpet is cheap and fraying on us. I'm sure they're going to charge us for that.

I would end my lease early but they decided to change the agreement on us. When we moved in we were told you just have to pay the next month's rent to leave. Now, they will charge you each month's rent (until the end of your lease) until they find someone else to rent your apartment.
