Poor Management will drive you crazy - I found Sonoma Point an average apartment with a far-below average owner. The aggravation did not out weigh the living style. Some units could be quiet however we had an apartment within proximity of the road and it was quite loud. The maintenance personnel were on the other hand very reliable and extremely helpful. Super fun place to live the Sonoma Point Apartments have a very Zen,fun,family community vibe.There upgraded clean apartments and you get a sense of quite humble living.While you take in the great view that Sonoma has to offer. I give this Dimond in the rough 5 stars

NEVER AGAIN!!! I have to admit that we're not residents, which is a surprise to us both. Everything was set up so that tomorrow we were to sign all of the paperwork to move in, but to our surprise we received a phone call today telling us they no longer going to allow us to move in.
