If you're looking for the low income, ghetto, drug dealer neigbor, shabby reek feel - Quail Hollow is the place for you!

In the three years my husband and I have lived here, we have had our air conditioner break twice and our locks stop working once.

The "matinence staff" consists of a group of very creepy young men that have been known to surround women's cars early in the morning during their parking lot clean ups. I know, I was one of the women.

The majority of people who live there are either on dissability or drugs...sometimes both. Car horns, loud music, yelling, fights, underage drinking, dirty shoeless childern, men who scour the garbage and an unattentive staff are all benefits of tenancy.

The appartments are small and overpriced, but if you don't have good credit then this is really the only place you can get. If you do have credit, hold out for MONO VILLAGE APPARTMENTS. They are MUCH quieter and there is only one matinence man there and he doesn't look like something from America's most wanted.

Don't be fooled by the reserved parking either...just because a space has your appartement number on it doesn't mean that one of the neighbor's party guests won't park there the minute you leave.

If you can help it, DO NOT RENT HERE! If you can't help it, I'm very sorry.
