Well, i have to say this. i have lived here almost a year now. I moved from a worn torn complex in San Andreas. The complex i moved from had alot of bad neignbors and gangs along with drug dealers. I'm sure their was alot more to see at those apartments. The problem is, management. When managers come and go it doesn't do what ever complex you live in any good. They say they will make changes to insure a better place to live, but they never will fullfill that promise. I have noticed bad managers come and go every year or so. So far, living here at Sierra Village Apartments haven't been to bad. It has been peaceful so far. The neighbors seems to be ok. I haven't had any problems with loud noise except when they do yard work one day a week. I have noticed when it comes to maintenance issues, they are kind of slow repairing what is needed to be repaired. When you ask for old carpet to be replaced they give excsues as to why they can't replace old carpet's. It's like if you want things done you have to do them yourself. I know about other apartments in the area and people are angered about how managers do not respond to issues. They only care about money. I think what tenants of all of these complexes should do is unite as one and stand up for their rights to get these problems fixed. It seems it would take great authority in order to force these managers to do something.

the phrase, "beggers cannot be choosers" comes to mind. honestly, if you get rent at a fraction of the cost, dont complain about that. you get what you pay for. so when others work and struggle to make a payment on a house half equal to the quality of the one you live at, and pay double what you pay, you have it good. managers probably cant stand bickering about how luxury isnt up to par or how the sink is leaking when they know others have it harder. so shut up and appreciate what you have when you complain about such a SMALL issue! when you PAY what a normal person who has to work their tail off to pay for a smaller, run down house, thats the best you can do, and the managers dont keep up with maintenance, THEN complain. otherwise shut you damn childish complaints when you have it good compared to others who PAY for your low income living houses. think about it!
