Good management is the key that distinguished between a great apartment and a slum.
When Bob Cooper ran this complex, he was more like a family member than a manager. He was always happy and upbeat.
The current management (Marsha Guinn & Aliza Rimeraz) is running this place in the gutter. You can wait months for them to respond to an emergency call if they do at all. Their NEW office hours have reduced to 2 hours a day 5 days a week and you can rarely get them in the office even then. They are a running joke to all the tenants because of their incompetence. They are rude and abrasive.
You can find small children unattended outside at all hours of the night. I have had my car broken into 2 times by these children. Most parents here are aloof. I have spotted a child abusing the cats in the complex. It is not uncommon for the police or child protective services to be here.
