I am a current tenant at this apartment complex. First time moving out on my own. Wonderfully caring landlord who has shown me the upmost respect and care for my life. Complex grounds are very nice and maintained every week. Maintenance man is always fast to fix something, if there is ever something to fix. Rent is income based and very affordable. So far I have been here for 3 months and absolutely love it. Quiet and respectful neighbors as well.
