one of the worst places i have rented. they have black mold growing in the bathrooms because of no windows, they have trash and butts laying around, they let kids run around without supervision (under 5 yrs) kids toilet paper cars. music is allowed to be played at all hours and no problems for it being too loud. they discriminate against certain people. they let kids lean on the screens of the 2nd and 3rd floor. young kids can throw balls in the street and hit cars, and nothing happens. kids can jump up and down while living above you, nothing happens. if you complain they will violate you instead of the noise makers. they let people park in the handy capped while not being handy capped. they enter the apartment without letting you know. the mailboxes are broken and mail is lost. the trash overflows and is always spilled into the street. kids skateboard up and down the walkway, they jump off the stairs and throw stuff at the houses from behind.

you can hear the tv's from the neighbor next door and its not even that loud. you get the smell of pot coming from the front BB building, young kids live in the B building and have parties all the time. small children live in the first 2 complexes and run in the streets while cars are coming.

why is nothing being done about the drug use. and all that other crap. and is it even legal for them to go into your apartment without notice. especially when your not there. that is not fair. they could be thiefs.
