I live here currently and find it one of the worst places to live. We have black mold on the ceilings of the bathrooms because we have nowhere for the water to evaporate to so it stays in the ceiling. The faucets leak and don't drain. ---- just fixes it with a cracked O-Ring instead of a new one. I finally had to buy one myself to fix it. My fan above the stove has duck tape on it, the pipe is duck taped to the wood and somehow that's supposed to not leak smoke' We have cracks in the ceiling and walls, I hear the conversation of the people above and next to us. Our neighbors are loud all hours of the night and are allowed to vacuum after the curfew and nothing happens to them. Kids run around unsupervised and no shoes, pot/weed is smelt when walking by the BB building. Cars are toilet papered monthly, trash is thrown over the rails and into the street. young kids are allowed to push on the screen of the 2nd and 3rd floor. Police are here weekly, but nothing seems to happen. Music is played at all hours and the managers do not care. They will violate you if you complain about it or possibly kicked out. This place is not worth your money, ---- and ----------------- are the new managers and they honestly do not seem to care about anyone or anything. Rent is due by the 10th of every month, if you are 2 days late, they come knocking on the door and wait for you to get it. They also come into the apartment when you are gone and will not let you know unless a neighbor tells you.

Trust me they may be the cheapest place around, but you can find somewhere better for that kind of money. They also let people park in the handy capped who don't have a plaque or a stick, they just want the front row making the less fortunate half to walk further.

Kids skateboard in the streets and on the carpet by the apartments/doors. The mailbox locks are broken and mail is stolen daily. They let some of Sonora's finest live here, we have drug dealers, rapists, wife-beaters and preditors live here. Go elsewhere if you value anything you own. My car was toilet papered twice in one week and broken into 5 times in 3 months. They also have certain rules for people, the discriminate against young couples and don't make certain people pay for being locked out of their house like they should.

They allow soliciting, when the book said it's not allowed...it is here!
