This is not a friendly place. the manager SANDY does not like anyone who is not white and prays on military personal who are not even in port to defend themselves. There's no noise cause your not allowed to make any. nor can your kids play any where in the complex or out side the gate. forget having visitors SANDY watches all who enter at all times and will harass your guest. if she does not like your firends be careful you'll be out soon.

Sandy's husband is a retired Navy Master Chief, and I am a tenant and retired Navy as well. I believe the management has the greatest respect for service families. No noise? That's a GOOD thing! And I see children playing in the courtyard every day. Liability insurance prevents riding bikes etc, but there is a PARK behind the apartments and a school across the street. I've had numerous visitors with no comment at all from Sandy or anyone else. As in any decent neighborhood you are expected to respect the rights of other tenants and follow the rules agreed to in the lease you signed.
