Garden-like couryards, gated entries and fairly large apartments, I'm happy here. It isn't perfect, but this is far from my first apartment and it's better than any other I've had.

After going through several managers in the last couple of years, we finally have one who is professional and effective.

It's privately owned and the owner has a long history of NOT RAISING RENT. WHat you agreed to pay when you moved in is what you pay for as long as you choose to live here. T

Some people are unhappy because they are not allowed to abuse their neighbors, do drugs, allow persons onto the property who have been evicted or asked to move for all the above!

Why is this kinda stuff being allowed on here? This is very unfair to a Manager trying to and doing a great job. The dirt bags who wrote the above were kicked out of here for doing drugs inside and outside of the apartment and allowing less than honerable evicted tenants back on to the property. I don't blame the Manager, she lives here too and this is a much better place with her and WITHOUT them!
