There are more of us at Casa De Helix who respect the job that our Manager is doing than those who are unhappy. Our manager is one of the best we have ever known. She is fair,goes out of her way to make her tennants happy and comfortable and she will not allow unjustice and bad behavior from the tennants or their children. She is good to all the kids here and they love her and respect her for how well she runs the property. It is said that if someone is doing their job,they are not always popular,we believe that Our Manager is not here to be popular but to "DO HER JOB" and to follow the policies set forth.....Keep up the good work Sandy!

For the most part we are happy here! Great Management, Maintenance and
the grounds are absolutely Beautiful. This is a fully gated Complex and it is a nice place to call home. We have been here for several years and love it. Schools are close,shopping is close, city transportation is awsome and within walking distance.
