It's a shame that such a nice complex is run by such an unpleasant woman. I, unfortunately, was a tennant at Casa De Helix. I suggest that only the elderly rent here. Dogs are allowed, but I warn you.... you will be harrassed by the manager, Sandy. She does not want to see or hear you, your dogs, or children. Please do not make the same mistake we did. We always paid rent on time, kept our apartment very clean, and were very quiet, but it was never enough.

when ya disturb your neighbors,break out your apartment windows, party with alcohol and drugs and let your animals out including your children to destroy the complex daily, of course you will not like a manager who DOES THE JOB and kicks your butts out!which is why we love it here and we have a dog and children! Our dog does not run free, poop all over the place and our children not allowed BY US THEIR PARENTS to destroy the landscape! Good riddins to the trash!

Normal average people have huge issues in her eyes. You must brown nose to get her respect. She needs to treat everyone equal and stop categorizes people. I lived there for over a year and caused NO issues, yet i was a target like 98% of the tenants. Shes an idiot, I hope wish bad Karma on her for life
