I lived at Casa de Helix for one yr. When I moved out the owner would not give me back my deposit he said that I owed numerous pets that soiled the carpet, in which I have never owned a pet. There was nothing wrong with the carpet. They tried charging me for damages that were done to my second bedroom yet I only lived in a one bedroom apartment. Oh as well my second bathroom needed repainting, which I was again was living in a one bedroom one bath apartment. So if you live here or are deciding to live here make sure you watch your back. Not only in 1 yr did I go through 3 managers. Make sure when you move out you take pictures of everything. And moving in make sure you mark down on your move in list every single thing down to the speck of dust.

Absolutely true-every word. By the way, about the owner, Norman. What is his last name? Does he have partners? He hides the fact that he owns it, says that he is the "manager" but everyone knows he is the owner. How does one go about finding out his last name?

We are happy here! It is a Great Place to raise your kids! Clean, Beautiful and close to shopping. If one behaves maybe they would be happy. No need to ever speak to an owner when there is a Great Mgr. on site!

the manager was not great at all.. shes' a pain in the butt. she's really racist and she's really mean.. she's always giving you the evil stares and she's always fronting her smiles..

She is a joke. Can't believe what she gets away with sometimes. Worst manager i have ever dealt with, otherwise the place isn't bad at all. She needs to go!
