I have lived her for over 10 yrs and I have seen this place go to nice to a dump!!! If I can get my parents out of here I will do it! Alot of written rules but nothing is enforced so it's a madhouse with kids screaming, skatboarding so they are ruinging the pavement and nearly run you over. Dogs crap wherever they want and the management just sends out more memos. When you move in you sign more paperwork than when you buy a car and if you see the outside of the apartment complex and the termite ridden wood falling off how does that look appealing' with the rent people pay fix the damn place up a bit!!
