My husband, daughter and myself have lived here for just over a year and a half. I've actually enjoyed living here. This is our third apartment in San Diego and by far the best. Now don't get me wrong, there are better apartments out there but so far this is our favorite. As mentioned by the other reviewer, the apartments have washer/dryer hook ups, which you can buy or rent. We've had really good experiences with the maintenance staff, they're quick and friendly. We're lucky to have good neighbors. From time to time there is noise, but you come to expect that living in apartments. We plan on living here for 2 more years so maybe I'll write a new review at that time.
