been here for 4 months...way over priced..friendly staff in the office. Maintenence takes a few days to be completed but that's understandable because it is a large property. Carpet and coutners stained very easily and I will be one pissed off red head if I get charged. The apartments are spacious and I love the size of the balcony..so I guess it's a decent place to live in if you can afford to pay for something that isn't worth this much money...oh ya and parking suck. Sometime I have to park down the hill and walk a while to my apartment. I have two vehicles so....it's a little tough
