Safe!

I am a 20 year woman living on her own and I have never felt so safe. I come home at 2-3 in the morn and I never look over my shoulder scared because the parking lots are well lit and there is a security guard on location. You will also find that this apt complex is filled with MILITARY residents so that is another key safety factor. I have been here for almost a year and consider this place my home. I love everything from my central air conditioning(that works great!) to my washer and dryer in tghe privacy of my apt. A few bad things that I must point out would be the expensive water/trash/sewer company that they deal with. WAY over priced on that bill and slightly over priced for the apartment itself. Over $1000.00 for a 1 bedroom is a bit much but then you have to weigh in all the other factors. Another bad thing is that the bedroom walls are a little to thin. I can hear EVERYTHING that is going on next door. You share your bedroom wall with your neighbor and it isnt so pleasent. I love my parking. I love how its quiet and the property is always immaculate. Wish I could stay longer but money is a big deal for a fulltime college student and full-time employee.
