Amazing apartments

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
I have lived here for a month (so take my review with a grain of salt, I guess). So far, I love it!
NOISE: The apartment's walls are pretty thick, so I've never heard my neighbors and my roommate rarely disturbs me. The only problem I have with noise is that my bedroom window faces the parking lot, so I can hear cars coming and going... and sometimes people blare their radios or talk really loud. Generally, though, most are considerate, and for an apartment complex, it's very quiet.
PARKING: I always find parking in front of my apartment, no matter what time of the day. I never park in my assigned parking spot because it's super far away from the apartment, which is a bit annoying.
GROUNDS/AMENITIES: The grounds always look great -- pretty landscaping, no trash or dog poop anywhere, etc. The pool and workout room are always exceptionally clean as well. I love that the complex takes dogs, and you rarely hear them bark.
MAINTENANCE/OFFICE STAFF: I have yet to deal with maintenance, so I can't really comment on it. Bernie in the leasing office is very helpful and nice.
APARTMENT UNIT IN GENERAL: The cabinets and carpet aren't great but that's to be expected. When I moved in, the apartment was very clean. I rarely see bugs. There are washer/dryer hookups (rental washers and dryers are available for $35/mo) which is awesome. The main problem I have with the unit is that the blinds are complete crap... they don't even close properly. I haven't contacted the front office yet, though, so I don't know if they will replace them. Also, a few stains have come through the carpet already.
NEIGHBORHOOD: The main street, Sweetwater Springs, is very busy and traffic goes very fast, so it's definitely not a place where you can go to the street and walk safely. If you have high schoolers, the complex is directly across from the high school, which is cool -- and no, I've never seen any teenage deviants around the complex. The apartments aren't extremely close to shopping or a supermarket but the nearest one is maybe 1.5 miles away.
To sum things up, I LOVE this place. Compared to my last complex (Summit Park Village.. NEVER live there!), this place is heaven!
