I have lived at Lake View Village for a few months now and I can't wait for my lease to be up. The Sauna has not worked since day 1 and it is being used as storage. The drinking fountain in gym hasn't worked, there are no fans or A/C in the gym and it can get really hot! Also the eliptical machine has not worked. They recently put in equipment that is obviously used because it is old and rusted! These are amenities that we pay for. Not to mention that spider and ant problems, I can't wait to move!!!
