Well, we have lived here for 10 months. I love my apartment, but not my neighbors. It is the perfect size for a 3, maybe 4, person family. It is close to an elementary and high school. The street noise isn't as bad as some say. You get used to it. The only have 3 complaints about it. First, there is a bad spider and silverfish problem. Second, the neighbors suck. Depends on who you get for neighbors, but that is expected when you live in an apartment. The walls are a little thin, but there is no need for slamming doors and yelling 24/7. Third, some of the people in the office are not very friendly. But don't have to deal with them very often so it really isn't a problem. I haven't tried the gym, but I know it gets really hot. Other than that I love it. Some of my neighbors are really friendly and most of them are considerate with the noise. I love living here. But not sure if I would really recommend it to anyone. If those 3 things don't bother you too much, then you should be fine. :-) Hope this helped.
