Good Place to live I lived at Plaza Woods for 6 years. Really nice apartments and spacious. You won't find a better owner. He takes pride in keeping this building very well maintained. If something needs to be fixed or replaced there is no hesitation.

Nice place This apartment is a good value, quiet place. They give out cakes and pies for thanksgiving and christmas. The manager has been here for a long time and is nice. The landscape is like a much more expensive place. Good parking behind gates. new lites in parking its bright.

Pros: Central Air, 2 Parking assigned spots, 2 bed 2 bat at affordable price, no lease - month to month, Manager Alan Jones is great,no complaints. Close to lot of stores.
Cons: few miles away from freeway.

The building was just purchased by a new owner and all the problems are almost solved...free pest spray is taking care of the bugs and the new management company is very fair...they even bring do-nuts to the building on Saturday for the residents and want to help with all ..full review of Bever Court
