Horrible- Noisy We unfortunately took a bottom floor and the neighbors upstairs were complete idiots. Moved in after we did and pounding on the floor and midnight, 1am in the morning. Complained to management and they asked them to be quiet, so they started stomping their feet on the floor

Mountain Terrace is AWESOME!!! I have now been a resident at Mountain Terrace for a little over a year, it is by far the best place I have ever lived at. The office and Maintenance staff are very professional and take care of all my needs in a timely manner. The amenities are fantastic. Hello

Great views, beautiful area This place got me in the same day after a bad experience at another Equity property. I jumped back in my moving truck and drove here. Management has been great in working with me. Its very well kept. My only gripe is the speed bumps - too high and too many.

MONTH TO MONTH NIGHTMARE AFTER LIVING HERE FOR A YEAR , MY LEASE ENDED SO I DECIDED TO GO MONTH TO MONTH AND MY RENT WAS RAISED FROM 1000 A MONTH TO 1,300 A MONTH . CARS WERE STOLEN PEOPLE WERE DIGGING IN THE TRASH FOR BOTTLES AND CANS. MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL WAS ALWAYS BROKEN PIPES LEAKING .

Great experience I lived at Mountain Terrace for a year and a half. The overall experience from the leasing staff, maintenence staff, views, ammentities,etc. were nothing short of wonderful. I highly recommend Mountain Terrace. It is a wonderful place to live!
