For a first time renter, this property was a really fair transition from living at home. The unit had lots of ample room - I didn't really use my living room for anything more than to store empty boxes. The washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus, as was the included refrigerator. You will have to bring your own lighting, but that was no big qualm. The general neighborhood is actually quite nice (for Stockton, ya I said it) and is close to a supermarket, Home Depot and 10 minutes away from UOP (for prospective students.) The parking was more than ample enough for my car and motorcycle, although it might depend on which gate your unit is closest to. The neighbors in my quadruplex were nice and quiet, but I cannot speak for other units. The staff was nice and one member always had a smile on his face when he putted around the property (sadly, his name escapes me.) Overall, I would consider this property well worth the rent, which now that I live in southern California, I really, really miss.
