Over the past 10 years, I have seen this property owned by 3 different management companies. The first two were great! This last one now is the worst. They came in and changed everything that was already working fine. They required the manager to work 6, sometimes 7, days a week. They took away all her benefits including the commissions. They cut her salary that she had worked up to after being manager here for 10 years of exemplary performance. They have recently laid her off due to "budget cuts" according to them but then hired in some young floozy in the office who is a flirt in short dresses. The values of the new owner aren't respected from older tenants who have been here for years. I rate everything excellent until now. Things are changing.
