The management does not care about you, or renting to you. Back when I joined, they had a really nice older guy who cared about his residents. He told me he was cracking down on idiots who blast their stereo like a concert driving through the parking lot. You know, the kind that shake all your windows. Well he left and that all ended. Now I have a neighbor that blasts music at all hours of the day and night. I've made tons of phone calls, nothing has been done about it. Even though it specifically says in the house rules that music / tv must be played at a level that won't annoy neighbors. This music is actually loud enough to wake me up.

The place is filthy. Spider webs EVERYWHERE. They do not clean a single thing outside. Imagine if college kids were running this place, that's what it looks like. People that just don't care.

Save yourself the headache and do not rent here. I am leaving as soon as my lease is up.
