This is a good value.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
 
The apartments are older but in good repair. Dee, the manager is very nice and good at her job. Fernando is great with the maintenance. When I needed something done it was done right away. The grounds are professionally maintained. The complex is in a great neighborhood and convinent to the I5 freeway.
