I was not allowed to see the apartment before moving in... On move-in day the place smelled like cat pee. They had their carpet guy come and spray it with febreeze. Of course it did nothing. I paid a professional to come clean the carpet, but he couldn't guarantee the scent would come out because the cat pee had seeped through the carpet and into the wood. Also, the walls are paper thin. I had to listen to the couple next door to me every night... use your imagination to fill in the rest. I moved out only 2 months after moving in. I was so happy to leave.
