Unfortunately the management is new and is having a rocky start. The maintenance is crew has little experience and a lack of knowledge of the trade. Unprofessional atmosphere. Many of the current residents are active drug users and can be seen wandering the property all hours of the night. Management allows this behavior from it's residents. Parking is horrendous and everybody parks in each others spot, if you are one of the unlucky ones and do not receive a covered parking spot your car will be saturated in tree sap that is near impossible to remove. The area has a nice view of the lake, but it is not worth it. Very low standards for residents. Not recommended.
