I've been living here for a little over a year now, and the first year was great but the new management's been pretty bad (they started julyish '08). The tenants on the southern side of the complex, entrance after the tennis court, are nice and seem more like families. It is true, parking out in the uncovered spots will cover your car in hard water spots from the sprinklers and tree sap, but it does wash off pretty easy.

I guess i've been pretty lucky here, no real problems in the place that i couldn't fix so i haven't had to call maintenance. All in all, pretty good experience if you dont have to deal with the main office.
