The apartments themselves are very nice looking and it's a really nice area, but thats about the only good thing i can say about march west commons. I have lived here for almost 2 years and i am looking for a new place to live...this is how i stumbled across this website.
It's shocking how terrible the management is! Claudine Risso is the new property manager and i must say, i've never met someone so genuinely phony and RUDE until now. Everyone from Claudine to the security people...they are just rude! There is also a fix it guy named Michael, he walks around like he owns the place and he has a bad attitude problem as well.
They need to make some serious changes if they want people to rent and STAY!
