DISASTROUS MANAGER

I have been living here for years. The new manager is a replacement of a dictator. She will never smile or is she is a pleasant woman. She is so arrogant and probably thinks she owns the complex. The units itself is ok, but service requests will take a long time to be completed, if you ask her she will be arrogant and rude about it.
