Current resident; will move out before end of year. The aptarment seemed nice and well maintained upon move-in, but in the first week we found many issues that needed to be dealt with, (i.e: oven did not work, carpet peeling back at seams and appeared moldy, toliets do not flush/plug up daily with even light-moderate usage.)

To their credit, the handyman attempted to fix the oven, when unable to fix the problem, the unit was replaced in about a week.

The carpet issue was never addressed, even after two requests.

Other problems, like sercurity, were a big issue. My car was broken into (window broken) while parked in front of my apt, in my covered spot.

The pool area was not fit for use until sometime in mid-July...after the weather had been in the 100's for a good month and a half. Deck chairs always littered with tree and bird mess. Chlorine levels so high and pH levels so low that the health department shut the pool down...I noticed this the day after I swam in it and had severe dry throat and problems breathing, because of throat closure, later that same day.

We are leaving after being here less than a year. We hate moving, but will glad do so from here. Not worth the price. I do not recommend anyone living here.
