Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I lived in this complex for one year. It is in a nice part of town and is a nice complex. There are a few pluses and minuses to this complex.
Pros
1) Nice spacious apts.
2) W/D hookups in downstairs apts.
3) Maintenance is quick to respond.
4) Office staff is concerned with issues.
Cons
1) Parking is horrible in some parts of the complex.
2) No package receipts, so many trips made to USPS and UPS.
3) No gym, only a pool and spa.
4) i had two 6 month leases, rent went from $650 to $750 in that time period.
