I lived here for 2 years and when I first moved it it has a certain stench/rancorous odor smell. The fact that the trash cans are not covered contributes but you are also next to inout burger so your always going to have a greasy smell in the air. There were stray cats everywhere on the grounds, I wrote to management so they can get animal control out here to round them up but the fact that I had to make them aware of it even though they run all over the place speaks toward the poor management. My apartment has been broken into twice, once my window was broken and the burglar was shooed away in the nick of time, the 2nd time some guy hopped over the patio fence which is about 7ft high and stole my 12spd bicycle. They say there's security but there isn't, the guy drives by like 12am once around and that's it. Yeah and the bathroom doesn't flush so frustrating. Landscape is bad, u park anywhere not covered and your car is guaranteed to get dirty with the many tree sap, it would be nice if management would at least consider trimming the trees. The rooms are generously spacious but certainly not sound proof. Your neighbor upstairs can be heard easily. Lighting is poor at night, i dont feel safe going outside with the poor lighting. Altogether, not worth the price of admission, don't rent here!!
