ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!! New to Stockton, from Southern California, I resided on this property from July 2001-October 2002. The property is a safe gated community with remote access. There?s a security guard on duty on the premises at all times. In fact, one evening as I was doing laundry I had slipped and fell in the parking lot injuring my foot pretty bad. Unable to walk, the security guard found me on the ground and helped me to my unit. (I was so greatful for that)


Management (Diane and staff) were understanding of my reasons to vacate early (job relocation).


Property/landscaping were beautifully maintained throughout my stay.


Marina Village West also has a wonderful fitness facility within the leasing office area. Tennis courts and (clean) swimming pools.


The apartment community is minutes away from the I-5 freeway and just a walking distance to the best public elementary school in Stockton (Mable Barron). 24-Hour Fitness Sports Club, Mc Donald?s and shopping is located a block away.


It was sad to depart this community.....I highly recommend this property to newcomers to the area, such as myself.
