Nice for Stockton area. From the outside it looks nice. I lived there for almost 2 years and they do a poor job with keeping up the apartments. They are very sloppy about painting and fixing things. MOLD is a big problem with these apartments since the windows are single, not double. There is a VERY loud wall a/c that is awfully loud. Apartments are very small. The kitchen is TINY. The cupboards everywhere are old and you don't really feel good about laying your belongings in them. No washer/dryer...you have to use a laundry facility that's a pain and people steal clothes from there. The parking can be annoying, especially at night when you have to park in a spot FAR away from your apartment. They mow lawns early in the morning when you are trying to sleep. There is also a wall heater that is not attractive. Something weird about this place is the way the living room is arranged. The cable outlet is nowhere where a tv could fit and if you did put it next to the cable outlet, you couldn't arrange your furniture to see the tv well. The wall heater's tempature fixture is smack dab in the middle of the wall making it hard to put anything in front of it. It's just a very odd setup and somewhat annoying. The staff is nice, the pools are nice, the grounds are nice, but the apartments aren't my first pick, but for stockton, I guess they are better than most.
