I have lived here for a few months. The complex is pretty quiet most of the time. The noise is really, really bad in the summer when school's out, but that's what you get living in an apartment. I agree with the bug comments from a lot of people. I see way too many bugs! i'm gonna have to trash my sofa n stuff when I move so I dont bring bugs w/ me.
The lighting outside at night is really bad and not safe.
They are ALWAYS doing construction! besides construction materials EVERYWHERE the grounds are pretty nice (tennis courts, pools, grassy areas...)but until they finish (if they ever do) construction, there is NO parking. Tons of people are parking ON THE GRASS and in the red zones because half the parking is taped off.
The people in the office are not very bright. They are pretty nice, they just seem kinda slow, or like they don't really like their jobs. Seems like they wrote a couple reviews on here too!
They are putting in tons of carports, which helps with the crappy parking!
If you can't afford a house, this place is probably better than some other apartments in Stockton, but that isn't saying much.
