Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
When I moved in I was told I was paying $20 more for a renovated apartment. Management's fantasy. From the loose, spotted carpet to an airconditioner unit for one room only (not central air) I got an apartment equivalent to a shoddy mobile home. The cabinets are dinged, the floor tiles are worn, and doors are cut up. The trash dumpsters are frequently overfull.
It's on the level of a dust blown trailer park.
Now they've lied about water being included. I have to pay for the water I don't use, but the water used by my neighbors, the laundry, and the sprinklers. No meters. Tenants are treated like prey.
