Roaches still seem to be a problem. Spiders that BITE and small food flies somehow get inside too. The neighbors have the same problems.
So many trees the roots clogg up the plumbing system which i hear is ancient. They use a 200 foot roto rooter snake to break away the cloggs now and then, one time the sewer backed up into the parking lot and made a huge stinkin mess!
first day i moved in the toilet backed up and they CHARGED me PLUMBING FEES for having the maintenance guy come fix it. low water pressure.
They really dont run credit checks, they will however ask you for a second $400 deposit because you don't have enough credit history or just dont have good enough credit.
Everyone of my neighbors hate the office staff, they all say the same things about them and the facility.
NO SWIMMING IN THE MAIN POOL! They like to keep it clean for future tenants to notice. Also notice that nobody is gonna be in the pool when you come, (laps only) - no lap lanes. The other two pools are milky. (kid pools)

the GYM is nice if you only want to work out your UPPER BODY! (no lower body equipment)
All in all i think if you are thinking about moving in to save some money go for it, but check everything out yourself, and dont let that model apartment they show you fool you, ask to see the apartment theyre trying to rent to you before you move in. Check out the pools, smell the dumpsters and step in trash. I see trash on the ground on a daily basis. But you dont have to take my word for it, just read any other review made by a previous tenant. thanks and have a great day!

You guys are jeleous shut up your ------- stupid. your jelous cuz ur prolly a fat ass cow with no money and they prolly didnt like your annoying ass. shut up your annoying us all!!!!! ---- all yall i love this place!!! and as for problems they are awsome no one listen to these lame asses u will see when u come they are great especially for stockton where obviously all these nasty asses came from. thank god ur not here anymore!!!! and now its perfect and i see why
