The apartment I was given was a mess. From the seedy carpet to the broken air conditioner the place cheaply kept up. This was a renovated apartment costing $20 more monthly. I can only assume the cheaper ones are the overfilled trash dumpsters. The water bills are climbing higher, though moving in I was told it was included in the rent. Help in maintenance often takes three calls over a week. Twice they've inaccurately taped to my door a threat of eviction and ruining my credit for not paying rent on time. Luckily I had proof this was wrong. Never an apology. I think it's a routine scam with them to attempt to charge a hefty fine. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

Why would they need to charge you more stupid ass the have 536 units and make good enough money. your just stupid and one of those people who like to complain and doesnt have a life. shut up and stop annoying people
