THESE PEOPLE ARE SO STUPID, THEY LOOKED AT THE HEATER ATLEAST 10 TIMES AND WERE NEVER ABLE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT UNTIL I THREATENED TO CALL THE STOCKTON HEALTH DEPARTMENT! ! ! !
THE SECOND I SAID I WOULD CALL THEY HAD THAT THING FIXED IN 10 MINUTES.
IT ONLY MAKES ME WONDER WHAT THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE WERE DOING IN MY APARTMENT ALL THOSE OTHER TIMES WHILE I WAS NOT HOME!!!


AND THEY DONT EVEN LEAVE A NOTE ON YOUR DOOR LETTING YOU KNOW THEY WERE THERE WHILE YOU WERE GONE!!!

Also not that I had tried contracting in repair guys to have the job done myself because im not an electrician i dont know what im doing however Iam not an idiot i can figure things out myself i just would rather pay to have it done right. No company in town would come in without written consent from the owner. The owner would never give me permission. It was a lot of crap that i had to deal with and I was so not impressed with their business ethic. I would never live at mvw again. Every time i have a problem with something and would call management for help i would never get any. Mold, Bugs, they dont care they say theyre on it but never are. Like i said i would never live there only because of the unsupportive and uncaring office staff. At the time that i wrote this review i had recently had a child and was dealing with a very cold apartment, it was the first winter i complained about it and the 2nd winter that it was repaired. Think about how you would feel if you were dealing with the same people. If it were my property i would have fixed the heater first sight of a break down. Thats just me.

But smarty maybe if you realized the maintence are not schooled they learn as they go. just as you prolly they wernt the best but they do their job obviously great and the appartments must be great if "FOR RENT" rates them #1 In the county. your the type of people i feel sorry for the owners and workers u just complain like babies and annoy everyone. thankful for them your gone!!
