After reading many of the reviews for this apartment complex, I decided that I would also need to put my input of this complex.

I currently attend Pharmacy school at the University of the Pacific and the staff was more than accomodating to my needs. They reserved an apartment for me for 3 months because I had planned a trip to Asia and would not be around to find an apartment right before school. In addtion, Marina Village West provided the most affordable accomodations.

While living there, I did not have any problems with any crimes or noise. At night time the complex is quiet and I had no problems adjusting. The security guards seem to be pretty conistant, they will follow you on your way in to make sure you are a resident and to also make sure that you are safe. I will say that the complex is dark at night, but again, I did not have any problems with this.

There was one instance where the power to my apartment cut out and the only way to get power to my apartment wa to turn on my air conditioning. I complained to the office and the staff showed great care and the problem was fixed promptly. I will say that some staff members seem apathetic but there are also other staff members that do care.

Overall, this was a great complex for me to start my time in Stockton, I would recommend it for those looking for affordable housing!
