An "ok" place to be

Parking is really bad. It's to the point where everyone watches who moves out of what apartment to steal their covered parking.
Management is not very responsive, it took us 3 months to get our names in the entrance gate only to have it accidentally deleted when our neighbor moved out a month later. It usually takes 3 or more calls to get something done.
Apartment buildings are roomy (2b 2ba = 930 sq ft) and they do have great move in specials. But, keep in mind that you get what you pay for, we moved in this winter and they shampooed the carpet too much (trying to get out quite a few stains that surfaced soon after) and it took 3 weeks for our apartment to dry out. My roomate and I both got colds.
A major downfall is management accepts section 8, so the tenants have accept the "section 8 behavior." Lots of bad kids with bad parents. We have the kind of kids that will stand in the middle of the street and have the nerve to stare YOU down when you are trying to drive to your apartment.
There is security that drives around starting @ 9pm and if you have any problems, they (unlike management) are very responsive. I have never felt unsafe here.
Complex is always clean.
Like every place, it's nice some days, bad on others.
