I've lived in this complex for 2 years and everytime I renew a lease agreement the rent goes up which I find totally unfair because the lady next to me pays $790.00 amonth and they want me to pay $900.00 amonth and what are they doing for me thats making my apartmart worth more then hers...
Not only that they enter at there own leasure time and don't fix what they are told too... resently I had a lady aproach me at the pool and ask just how much I was paying in rent and she has been there for a year and her neighbor moved in the same time but there rent is $80.00 difference..I feel like once they know you make a fair wage you need to pay them more for the same service...personally The manager there at mariners point is not very perfessional and thinks shes the rule of the roost,if you understand what I mean.Its either her way or no way...But besides that maintance there is not all that...Awhile back I was told that They were coming in to check water heaters and smoke alarms. my smoke alarm was just hanging down from the ceiling it was never fixed and I went out and bought anew one and installed it myself...I would of thought they would of replaced but I did it
instead.I just don't think that raising my rent to 900 when my service is no better then the lady next apartment over...Would I recommend someone to move in here NOT HARDLY.then they would not be my friend anymore...
