Mariners Pointe Apartments have been the worst apartments that we have lived in. There has been construction non-stop since the day we moved in trying to remove all of the molded panels. Then not painting the panels in time for them to mold over again and have to re-repair the paneling. The ammenities are never available. Pool closed for all kinds of reasons, gym not open for 12 out of the 18 months we lived there. Parking is always hard to find for a second car and now they are not assigning any parking anymore without an extra fee. We had our brand new car window broken out for no reason, nothing was stolen. That happened with the terrible security service supposedly patroling the grounds. Just a terrible place to live.
