I have lived at Mariners Pointe Apartments for almost a year now. I love it! The girls in the office are always friendly and respond very quickly to any issues. The maintenance staff is ususlly out w/ in a day or two to fix any problems! They just repainted the exterior of the buildings and they look very nice! Parking is kinda a pain sometimes, but its like that in any apartment community!
